Emergency Flooding in India
Emergency Flooding in India

The state of Kerala in India has been devastated by excessive rain, causing the worst flooding in a century. Hundreds have died, and thousands of families are homeless.

In response to this emergency, CNEWA is working through the local churches to alleviate the suffering of families – supplying basic needs such as food, drinking water, clothing and medicines.

M.L. Thomas, CNEWA’s regional director for India, said: “Right now, the needs are urgent and immediate. This is a terrible situation and will soon require help to rebuild and rehabilitate many neighborhoods and help thousands who have lost everything.”

Please donate today to help India's families survive this disaster.
